据外电报道,两名美国共和党国会议员要求特朗普加强限制中芯国际(00981.HK)使用美国的先进技术,参议员Marco Rubio及及众议员Michael McCaul指美国商务部的实体清单未够严厉,认为需要重写并填补危险的漏洞,认为现时漏洞容许向中芯销售而不受限制并支持了军用等,如不作出改变将无助遏止对国家安全的威胁。
两名议员担心由於现时的限制仅局限独有用於生产10nm或以下的半导体,似乎仍容许中芯购买所有的生产设备。(el/k) ~
