浦江中國(01417.HK)擬526萬元出售安徽外灘物業51%股權
格隆匯12月22日丨浦江中國(01417.HK)發佈公告,賣方上海浦江物業有限公司(公司全資附屬公司)與買方安徽皖投置業有限責任公司於2020年12月22日訂立買賣協議,賣方已有條件同意出售目標公司安徽外灘物業管理有限公司51%股權,代價為人民幣526萬元。
目標公司主要在中國安徽從事為住宅物業、中端市場辦公大樓及政府物業提供物業管理服務。
經考慮目標公司截至2019年12月31日止兩個年度及截至2020年10月31日止期間的財務業績以及目標公司的業務及經營前景(與公司專注於高端非住宅市場的策略並不相符),向買方轉讓銷售股權符合公司及股東的利益,且出售事項可變現投資並將公司的資源集中在高端非住宅市場上。
