格隆匯 12 月 21日丨山東威達(002026.SZ)公佈，2020年12月21日，公司全資子公司濟南一機收到中招國際招標有限公司郵寄的《2020年工業互聯網創新發展工程項目--工業企業網絡安全綜合防護平台項目合同書》。
主要內容：2020年工業互聯網創新發展工程項目-工業企業網絡安全綜合防護平台項目；實施目標：在充分滿足2020年工業互聯網創新發展工程項目-工業企業網絡安全綜合防護平台項目招標文件基礎上，該項目將搭建智能製造行業網絡安全綜合防護平台，開展智能製造企業網絡安全試點應用和推廣工作，項目的實施將幫助智能製造企業建立網絡安全綜合防護能力，促進中國製造業轉型升級，助力中國製造2025。項目建設主要內容：在充分滿足2020年工業互聯網創新發展工程項目-工業企業網絡安全綜合防護平台項目招標文件基礎上，該項目對智能製造行業存在的安全問題進行綜合分析，對企業在數字化、網絡化、智能化發展過程中對網絡安全提出的迫切需求進行梳理，提出智能製造行業網絡安全整體防護方案，搭建企業網絡安全綜合防護平台，開展智能製造行業企業的網絡安全試點應用和推廣工作，促進中國製造業轉型升級，助力中國製造2025。該項目擬設計智能製造行業網絡安全整體防護方案，搭建智能製造行業網絡安全綜合防護平台，並將開展智能製造企業網絡安全試點應用和推廣工作。
濟南一機作為聯合體牽頭單位中標工業和信息化部網絡安全管理局“2020年工業互聯網創新發展工程項目-工業企業網絡安全綜合防護平台項目”，有助於提升濟南一機的品牌影響力和核心競爭力，但該事項不會對公司及濟南一機2020年至2022年的經營業績產生重大影響，也不會影響濟南一機業務的獨立性。
依據項目合同書的約定，預計聯合體獲得的專項資金總金額不超過1128.00萬元(最終以實際到賬金額為準)。截至2020年12月21日，聯合體尚未收到相關專項資金，上述專項資金的獲得存在一定的不確定性，具體撥付金額、撥付時間，視項目實施情況及有關部門最終同意撥付的金額為準。
