歌华有线(600037.SH):延长自有资金进行现金管理的投资期限
格隆汇 12 月 21日丨歌华有线(600037.SH)公布,公司第五届董事会第五十九次会议决议,审议通过《关于延长自有资金进行现金管理的投资期限的议案》。
董事会同意将第五届董事会第五十五次会议审议通过的不超过12.5亿元的自有资金进行现金管理的投资期限延长一年,即由截至2021年2月5日延长至截至2022年2月5日,现金管理的基本情况、风险控制措施等其他内容不变。资金投资于期限不超过12个月的低风险、保本型理财产品、结构性存款等。
