匯豐銀行:弘陽地產基本面優於大市
格隆匯12月21日丨匯豐銀行首次發佈弘陽地產(1996.HK)的債券研究報告指出,弘陽地產基本面優於大市,主要由於集團自2018年上市以來股權及債務融資渠道多元化,再加上營運規模增長迅速,尤以在南京為主的江蘇省往績記錄良好。報告稱,為促進經營規模增長,弘陽地產從2017年底開始已大規模地發展江蘇總部以外的地區,這有助集團把合同銷售額從2016年的人民幣130億元大幅增加至2019年的人民幣650億元。集團2020年首11個月合同銷售達人民幣740億元,有望超過2020年750億元的銷售目標。截至2020年6月,集團的土地儲備有1,840萬平方米,涵蓋共169個項目,43個城市,當中江蘇省佔了55%的土地建築面積。
