Facebook摆脱欧洲私隐法将英国用户协议转至加州
《路透社》引述消息人士报道,Facebook(FB.US)明年将所有英国用户的用户协议转移至加州,结束与Facebook爱尔兰子公司目前的协议,试图摆脱欧洲私隐法的监管。
谷歌於2月份亦曾作出类似的行动,由於这些公司的欧洲总部设在都柏林,在英国脱欧後爱尔兰将留在欧盟。
Facebook英国子公司表示,需要因应英国脱欧来作出调整,将对英国用户的法律责任及义务从Facebook爱尔兰公司转移到美国,但强调私隐保护及公司所提供的服务不会出现变化。
