山東威達(002026.SZ)：擬與蔚來控股、寧德時代等等對武漢蔚能增資
格隆匯 12 月 15日丨山東威達(002026.SZ)公佈，2020年12月15日，公司召開第八屆董事會第十四次臨時會議，審議通過了《關於參與武漢蔚能電池資產有限公司增資擴股項目的議案》，同意通過對武漢蔚能增資的形式獲得武漢蔚能的股權。
公司擬與蔚來控股有限公司、國泰君安金融產品有限公司、湖北省科技投資集團有限公司、寧德時代新能源科技股份有限公司、Future X Innovation SPC、FutureXICT Opportunity Fund IILP、青島自明和興股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)、港華綜合電能投資(深圳)有限公司、三峽綠色產業(山東)股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)、太平金融服務有限公司及武漢蔚能共同簽署《關於武漢蔚能電池資產有限公司的增資認購協議》、《關於武漢蔚能電池資產有限公司的合資經營合同》，約定公司通過向武漢蔚能增資人民幣1.5億元，取得其8.88%的股權。
此次增資前，武漢蔚能的註冊資本為8億元。此次增資完成後，武漢蔚能成為公司的參股子公司，註冊資本增至16.9億元。
新能源汽車行業是國家重點扶持的高新技術行業，我國頂層規劃已明確了新能源汽車產業的戰略性地位。公司看好新能源汽車服務的廣闊市場，且本次參與增資的合作方信譽良好、知名度較高、影響力較強，具有豐富的產業資源或投資經驗，公司願意與合作伙伴一起通過技術創新、產品創新、服務創新和商業模式創新，促進新能源汽車行業的持續、健康發展。另一方面，通過本次對外投資，有利於公司尋求與行業內領先企業的資源共享和業務協同，並有望藉助投資管理機構的專業能力、經驗和資源，為公司發展儲備優質、稀有且有潛力的項目，促進公司未來業務持續、穩定、健康發展。
鑑於武漢蔚能成立時間較短，且尚未正式開展經營活動，公司預計此次對外投資短期內不會對公司的經營業績產生重大影響。
