藍月亮集團(06993.HK)香港公開發售獲301.33倍認購 上限定價13.16港元/股
格隆匯 12 月 15日丨藍月亮集團(06993.HK)發佈公告，公司全球發售約7.47億股股份，其中香港發售股份約3.736億股，國際發售股份約3.736億股，另有15%超額配股權；發售價已釐定為每股發售股份13.16港元，每手買賣單位500股；BofA SECURITIES、中金公司及花旗為聯席保薦人，預期股份將於2020年12月16日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
根據國際發售提呈發售的發售股份獲超額認購，相當於根據國際發售初步可供認購發售股份總數約12倍。根據香港公開發售初步提呈的香港發售股份獲大幅超額認購。合共接獲454,743份有效申請，認購合共225.133億股，相當於根據香港公開發售初步可供認購香港發售股份總數約301.33倍。
按發售價每股13.16港元計算，及根據與基石投資者訂立的基石投資協議，基石投資者已認購合共約1.384億股發售股份，相當於緊隨全球發售及資本化發行完成後公司已發行股本約2.4%，並未計及因根據首次公開發售前購股權計劃授出的購股權獲行使而可能發行的任何股份；及全球發售的發售股份數目的18.5%，惟於各情況下均假設超額配股權未獲行使。
按發售價每股13.16港元計算，公司將自全球發售收取的所得款項淨額估計約為95.76億港元(假設超額配股權未獲行使)。公司擬將該等所得款項淨額約35.6%用作為公司的業務擴充(包括產能擴充計劃)提供資金，購買設備及機器以便實施有關擴充計劃，以及發展公司的洗衣服務；約52.4%預期將用於提高公司的品牌知名度，進一步增強公司的銷售及分銷網絡以及增加公司的產品滲透；約10.0%預期將用作公司的營運資金及其他一般公司用途；約2.0%預期將用於加強公司的研發實力。倘超額配股權獲悉數行使，按發售價每股股份13.16港元計算，全球發售所得款項淨額將增至約110.21億港元。籌集所得額外款項將如上文所述比例應用於有關用途。
