李小加:退任後不會離港 擬自立門戶續留金融市場
港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁李小加於網上交流會上表示,退任港交所行政總裁後,不會離開香港,因為「想幹的事情只有在香港才可以進行」,雖然未有透露退任後去向,不過他指已經打工多年,想嘗試其他事情,他指對於資金流向的「水利工程」很感興趣,相信仍然會在交易廣場工作,並且很快再與媒體見面。
對於有傳媒問及李小加會否往深圳出任官員,他表示沒有人向他提出,在這個情況下不好說有沒有興趣。至於會否競選特首,他表示「人生的軌跡已經定了,就不要再想其他事情。」
至於他退任後港交所的將來發展方向,他指近年已經奠定了中港互聯互通的基礎,未來亦將會向相關方向發展,自現貨市場擴展至期貨及衍生產品等等,還有相當多的工作要進行。他又指,人民幣國際化仍然是大方向,中美關係於未來十年對市場將構成重大發展機遇或重大困難,不過無論發展方向為何,香港仍是重要角色。
