新维国际(08086.HK)出售电子商务业务 料录收益约1,097万元
新维国际控股(08086.HK)公布,公司与买方Acme Key订立该协议,向对方出售目标公司EPRO E-Commerce全部已发行股本之51%及待售贷款,代价为500万元。待售贷款约为406.5万元。
完成後,公司将不再持有目标公司股权。目标公司主要从事电子商务及提供网上销售平台业务。集团将录得来自出售事项之未经审核收益约1,097万元,拟将出售事项所得款项用作集团之一般营运资金及发展集团之现有项目。
