永恒策略(00764.HK)就出租北京主体地块签谅解备忘录
永恒策略(00764.HK)公布,於12月12日与潜在租户已订立谅解备忘录,涉及租用建於主体地块上第二及第三阶段之主体物业,自交付日期起计为期37年,应付北京北湖9号公司之租金总额约为14.5亿元人民币。
主体地块上之建筑工程已於今年7月展开,且现时预期将於2021年第三季度完成。建筑工程完成後,建於主体地块上第二及第三阶段之建筑综合体将进行室内装修及由有关政府机关进行楼宇检查。根据目前之开发计划,主体地块第二及第三阶段预期将於2022年第一季度完成开发,并将於2022年第二季度交付予租户。
