*ST貴人(603555.SH)：泉州中院指定清算組擔任公司管理人
格隆匯 12 月 12日丨*ST貴人(603555.SH)公佈，2020年12月11日，公司收到泉州中院送達的指定管理人相關的(2020)閩05破26號《決定書》和(2020)閩05破26號《公告》。
其中，《決定書》的主要內容如下：
根據泉州中院做出的(2020)閩05破26號《決定書》，泉州中院指定貴人鳥股份有限公司清算組(清算組成員主要由泉州市、晉江市兩級政府、中介機構組成)擔任貴人鳥股份有限公司管理人。
管理人應當勤勉盡責，忠實執行職務，履行《中華人民共和國企業破產法》規定的管理人的各項職責，向人民法院報告工作，並接受債權人會議的監督。管理人職責如下：1.接管債務人的財產、印章和賬簿、文書等資料；2.調查債務人財產狀況，製作財產狀況報告；3.決定債務人的內部管理事務；4.決定債務人的日常開支和其他必要開支；5.在第一次債權人會議召開之前，決定繼續或者停止債務人的營業；6.管理和處分債務人的財產；7.代表債務人蔘加訴訟、仲裁或者其他法律程序；8.提議召開債權人會議；9.本院認為管理人應當履行的其他職責。
法院(2020)閩05破26號《公告》的主要內容如下：
泉州中院根據泉州市奇皇星五金製品有限公司的申請，於2020年12月8日裁定受理貴人鳥股份有限公司重整一案，並指定貴人鳥股份有限公司清算組擔任管理人。
債權申報期限：債權人應於2021年1月11日前向管理人申報債權。未在上述期限內申報債權的，可以在重整計劃草案提交債權人會議討論前補充申報，但要承擔為審查和確認補充申報債權所產生的費用。未依法申報債權的，在重整計劃執行期間不得行使權利；在重整計劃執行完畢後，可以按照重整計劃規定的同類債權的清償條件行使權利。預重整期間已向管理人申報債權的債權人可不再申報。
第一次債權人會議時間：2021年1月14日9時30分採用網絡會議方式召開，網絡會議召開具體事宜將管理人將另行通知。
貴人鳥股份有限公司的債務人或者財產持有人應當向貴人鳥股份有限公司管理人清償債務或交付財產。有關貴人鳥股份有限公司財產的保全措施應當解除，執行程序應當中止，申請執行人可以向管理人申報債權，貴人鳥股份有限公司的控股股東、實際控制人、法定代表人、董事、監事、高級管理人員等執行機構或者決策機構的成員以及其他法律、法規規定的有關人員應配合管理人開展工作，否則應依法承擔相應的法律責任。
公司進入重整程序後，在重整期間，信息披露責任人為管理人。
