星展:今年企业贷款两极化 大湾区内地团队近百人
星展香港董事总经理兼企业及机构银行总监张建生在出席电台节目时表示,今年企业贷款表现两极化,年初时大企业积极进行贷款,以准备更多现金流应对突发情况,以及作潜在收购,因此相关贷款需求有增长。不过,中小企由於中美贸易问题、社会事件及疫情持续打击,未见为扩充业务作出贷款。
他指,疫情下会根据客户行业评估风险,包括了解客户透明度及业务最新情况,坦言银行在风险评估上更为审慎。而该行早年已投资数码化,即使面对疫情有近一半员工在家工作,但有关员工在家的系统作业与公司亦近乎一样。
另外,张建生又称该行两年前已成立大湾区业务小组,由内地与香港同事专责拓展湾区业务,现时在深圳、广州及东莞有近百人的团队,相信未来该行会多投放资源在大湾区发展,因区内增长快,去年该行大湾区业务增长较香港传统业务多一倍。
