格隆汇12月11日丨温岭工量刃具(01379.HK)发布公告,公司拟全球发售2000万股股份,其中香港发售股份200万股,国际发售股份1800万股,另有15%超额配股权;2020年12月11日至12月16日招股;发售价每股发售股份6.25港元-6.75港元,每手买卖单位500股,入场费约3409港元;信达国际为独家保荐人,预期股份将于2020年12月30日于联交所主板挂牌上市。
