安徽建工(600502.SH)近日中標4個項目工程
格隆匯12月9日丨安徽建工(600502.SH)公佈，近日，公司及子公司安徽三建工程有限公司、安徽省交通航務工程有限公司、安徽省路橋工程集團有限責任公司、安徽省路港工程有限責任公司收到多項工程中標通知書。
阜南中醫院新區二期工程建設項目位於阜南縣鹿城鎮，佔地8.57萬平方米(合128畝)，總規劃建築面積19.65萬平方米，包括急診門診、醫技樓、病房樓、感染樓、培訓基地、醫養樓(護理樓)、食堂學術報告廳、中醫製劑室、中醫文化園、多功能訓練場、地下建築，以及道路管網、景觀綠化、水電等配套設施。項目概算約8億元。
引江濟淮工程(蜀山區小廟段)安置區一期一標段項目位於蜀山區小廟鎮，總建築面積約28.57萬平方米，分A和C兩個地塊，其中A地塊總建築面積約19.78萬平方米,C地塊總建築面積約8.79萬平方米,包括住宅樓、配電房、開閉所、地下室(含人防)、基坑支護、場區內土方平衡、室外道路、給排水、景觀等。
泗縣國際綠色農產品加工產業園項目EPC總承包項目位於安徽省泗縣屏山鎮，項目包含冷鏈物流、畜禽肉蛋製品加工、糧油農產品加工、營養健康食品加工等產業板塊的標準化廠房建設以及市政路網、配套市政管網等內容，具體為園區道路7條，長約16.8公里；標準化廠房(一期)建築面積約6萬平方米。項目概算約6.84億元。
合肥市軌道交通7、8號線一期土建施工總承包-1標段項目位於合肥市，為7號線一期工程，西起松林路站，線路出站後沿繁華大道、始信路、錦繡大道、徽州大道、紫雲路敷設，行至終點天津路站。一期工程線路全長約18.85km，均為地下線，設車站16座，其中換乘站7座。具體內容包含車站和區間主體工程、附屬工程、區間風井、橋樑拆復建等土建施工、施工範圍內所涉及所有的施工階段構建築物調查、施工用水、用電、用地、管線遷改、臨時交通疏解道路和交通導改施工等前期工作。中標價52.49億元，其中公司子公司安徽省路橋工程集團有限責任公司和安徽省路港工程有限責任公司合計工程量約佔總工程量的12%。
