匯聯金融服務(08030.HK)主席等5人被深圳市公安局拘留
匯聯金融服務(08030.HK)公布,於昨日(8日)知悉公司主席兼行政總裁鄭偉京、執行董事郭嬋嬌,以及3名僱員自前日(7日)晚上起被深圳市公安局南山分局拘留,以待調查若干涉嫌非法吸收公眾存款罪。公司表示,相信相關拘留與集團網上融資中介業務的若干未清償資金有關,該業務已於2019年第四季停止經營,已委聘其中國法律顧問聯繫有關當局,索取相關拘留及公安局調查的進一步資料,強調目前日常運營保持穩定。
