萬順新材(300057.SZ):擬在可轉債募集資金到位後使用募集資金不超6億元對安徽美信提供財務資助
格隆匯 12 月 8日丨萬順新材(300057.SZ)公佈,為確保募集資金投資項目順利實施,公司擬在可轉換公司債券募集資金到位後使用募集資金不超過人民幣6億元對全資孫公司安徽美信鋁業有限公司(“安徽美信”)提供財務資助,以實施募集資金投資項目“年產7.2萬噸高精度電子鋁箔生產項目”,資助期限不超過5年,財務資助利率參照金融機構同期貸款利率,按季計付利息,待募集資金投資項目實施後,安徽美信鋁業有限公司逐步將財務資助本金償還公司。
