聯創股份(300343.SZ):控股股東協議轉讓4.78%股份予閔健完成過户登記
格隆匯 12 月 7日丨聯創股份(300343.SZ)公佈,公司控股股東李洪國為歸還股票質押融資貸款、降低股票質押風險,李洪國將其持有的公司5619萬股股份(佔公司股份總數的4.78%)通過協議轉讓的方式轉讓給閔健,以股份轉讓價款償還其在東吳證券的質押債務。此次股權轉讓不涉及公司控制權變更,公司控股股東和實際控制人仍為李洪國。此次協議轉讓已取得深圳證券交易所合規性確認,並在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司深圳分公司辦理完畢流通股協議轉讓過户手續。
