晶科科技(601778.SH):擬2373.40萬元出售20兆瓦農光互補光伏電站項目
格隆匯12月4日丨晶科科技(601778.SH)宣佈,為改善資產結構,回籠資金,降低國補拖欠對公司的影響,公司全資子公司晶科有限擬與湖北新能源簽訂股權轉讓協議,將晶科有限持有的安陸盛和100%股權出售給湖北新能源,股權轉讓對價為2373.40萬元。安陸盛和為安陸雷公20兆瓦農光互補光伏電站項目的運營平台公司。
該次交易預計產生税前利潤1711.18萬元(最終以審計結果為準);交易完成後,安陸盛和將不再納入公司合併報表範圍。
