港交所“綠色交易所”上線，旭輝(00884.HK)等13家公司首批登陸
12月1日，香港交易所宣佈正式成立可持續及綠色交易所(STAGE)，並收錄了29只在港交所上市、由亞洲領先企業發行的可持續發展金融產品，其中，旭輝控股(00884.HK)於7月發行的首支綠色債券亦被收錄於其中，旭輝也因此成為了首批登陸“綠色交易所”的13家公司中唯一一家中國內地房地產公司。
據瞭解，香港交易所可持續及綠色交易所是亞洲首個多元資產類別可持續金融產品平台，意在支持全球不斷增長的可持續金融發展需求。STAGE平台設有網上產品信息庫，涵蓋了公共事業、交通運輸、房地產發展以至金融服務等多個行業共13家港股上市公司發行的29只可持續發展、綠色及轉型債券以及ESG相關的交易所產品。
在本次登陸“綠色交易所”的13家公司中，不乏中國銀行倫敦、澳門分行、新世界、太古、港鐵、領展等大型國際知名企業及機構，旭輝控股作為其中唯一一家中國內地房地產企業，其於7月發行的首支綠色債券受邀參與了第一批可持續發展金融產品，目前相關信息已展示在STAGE產品資訊庫中，方便投資者查詢。
長期以來，旭輝在踐行社會責任方面一直走在行業前列，公司也積極在ESG指標上尋求突破。2019年，旭輝成立了ESG管理委員會及ESG工作小組，並於今年7月8日首次獨立發佈ESG年度報告，成為內房股中為數不多的發佈ESG定期報告的企業。在該次披露的ESG報告中，旭輝在綠色建築、精工品質、倡廉善治、員工保障和公益慈善五大方面落實企業責任，追求企業的長期可持續發展。8月，在恆指公司公佈的最新一期指數檢討結果中，旭輝獲納入恆生可持續發展企業基準指數。
7月14日，旭輝宣佈成功發行一筆3億美元5.25年期境外綠色債券，利率5.95%，較二級市場公允價格大幅收窄25基點。作為旭輝首次發行境外綠色債券，本次發行獲得了投資者的踴躍追捧，峯值訂單獲得8.2倍認購，顯示出投資人對公司綠色債券及後續可持續發展決心的認可。
值得一提的是，旭輝發行的綠色債券獲得標普綠色評級E1/87的評分，為標普整個評價體系中的最高級別，在中國境內房企中排名第一。
旭輝控股董事局主席林中曾表示：“我們正面臨一個更為波折不安的時代，衡量公司經營成功與否不僅只在於短期財報數字的增減，更重要的是公司可持續經營發展的潛力。”成功登陸“綠色交易所”，代表着旭輝在可持續發展上的努力與成果獲得了認可，也表明公司在可持續發展上已能夠與國際知名大型企業並列，成為了內房行業踐行綠色可持續發展的代表。
