港交所“绿色交易所”上线，旭辉(00884.HK)等13家公司首批登陆
12月1日，香港交易所宣布正式成立可持续及绿色交易所(STAGE)，并收录了29只在港交所上市、由亚洲领先企业发行的可持续发展金融产品，其中，旭辉控股(00884.HK)于7月发行的首支绿色债券亦被收录于其中，旭辉也因此成为了首批登陆“绿色交易所”的13家公司中唯一一家中国内地房地产公司。
据了解，香港交易所可持续及绿色交易所是亚洲首个多元资产类别可持续金融产品平台，意在支持全球不断增长的可持续金融发展需求。STAGE平台设有网上产品信息库，涵盖了公共事业、交通运输、房地产发展以至金融服务等多个行业共13家港股上市公司发行的29只可持续发展、绿色及转型债券以及ESG相关的交易所产品。
在本次登陆“绿色交易所”的13家公司中，不乏中国银行伦敦、澳门分行、新世界、太古、港铁、领展等大型国际知名企业及机构，旭辉控股作为其中唯一一家中国内地房地产企业，其于7月发行的首支绿色债券受邀参与了第一批可持续发展金融产品，目前相关信息已展示在STAGE产品资讯库中，方便投资者查询。
长期以来，旭辉在践行社会责任方面一直走在行业前列，公司也积极在ESG指标上寻求突破。2019年，旭辉成立了ESG管理委员会及ESG工作小组，并于今年7月8日首次独立发布ESG年度报告，成为内房股中为数不多的发布ESG定期报告的企业。在该次披露的ESG报告中，旭辉在绿色建筑、精工品质、倡廉善治、员工保障和公益慈善五大方面落实企业责任，追求企业的长期可持续发展。8月，在恒指公司公布的最新一期指数检讨结果中，旭辉获纳入恒生可持续发展企业基准指数。
7月14日，旭辉宣布成功发行一笔3亿美元5.25年期境外绿色债券，利率5.95%，较二级市场公允价格大幅收窄25基点。作为旭辉首次发行境外绿色债券，本次发行获得了投资者的踊跃追捧，峰值订单获得8.2倍认购，显示出投资人对公司绿色债券及后续可持续发展决心的认可。
值得一提的是，旭辉发行的绿色债券获得标普绿色评级E1/87的评分，为标普整个评价体系中的最高级别，在中国境内房企中排名第一。
旭辉控股董事局主席林中曾表示：“我们正面临一个更为波折不安的时代，衡量公司经营成功与否不仅只在于短期财报数字的增减，更重要的是公司可持续经营发展的潜力。”成功登陆“绿色交易所”，代表着旭辉在可持续发展上的努力与成果获得了认可，也表明公司在可持续发展上已能够与国际知名大型企业并列，成为了内房行业践行绿色可持续发展的代表。
