联储局褐皮书:美国部分地区经济近无增长
联储局褐皮书显示,在11月20日调查结束前约数周期间,联储局12个辖区中有4个地区经济近乎没有增长,而其他地区仅出现温和的增长,这是由於疫情持续爆发以及经济衰退继续对部分企业及家庭带来冲击。
褐皮书提到,许多地区的银行业人士都表示贷款组合有所恶化,特别是零售、休闲及酒店业的商业贷款。而大多数地区的商业地产领域转弱,特别是办公及零售业。
褐皮书又指,由於疫情带来的不确定性,企业在聘请员工时显得犹豫不决,近乎所有地区都称就业增长较慢,经济复苏仍未完成。
