中國中冶(01618.HK)附屬出售應收賬款 代價不逾33.6億人幣
中國中冶(01618.HK)公布,全資附屬公司十九冶集團與申港證券訂立買賣協議。據此,十九冶集團同意向申港證券出售賬面值不超過35億元人民幣的應收賬款,預計代價不超過33.6億元人民幣。
申港證券將作為管理人設立專項計劃,應收賬款為相關資產。專項計劃預計為期不超過3年。
公司認為,交易將起到盤活資產的效果;控制應收賬款的風險;降低應收賬款金額從而優化集團的資產結構;及增加集團的流動資金、提高資產效率並改善財務狀況,進而優化財務報表。
