野村:維持對內房發展商樂觀看法 首選碧桂園(2007.HK)等股
野村發表行業報告指,該行覆蓋的17家內房發展商今年11月銷售按年增16%,較10月份的13%增幅加快,惟只達野村預期之下限,主因大型發展商增長較為遜色。該行估計,大部份發展商均可達成今年的銷售目標,維持對行業樂觀之看法,首選碧桂園(2007.HK)、新城發展(1030.HK)及旭輝控股(0884.HK),均予買入評級,目標價分別為12.7港元、10.15港元、8.2港元。同時長期看好收租組合強勁的股份,如華潤置地(1109.HK),予買入評級,目標價45.3港元。
野村指,內房今年首11個月銷售按年升8%,平均已達全年銷售目標的九成,惟預期中國融創(1918.HK)、富力地產(2777.HK)及遠洋集團(3377.HK)難達銷售目標。該行又指,考慮到今次收緊週期已較前兩次為長,認為目前已處於收緊週期的尾聲。
