東華軟件(002065.SZ)擬與子公司共設“東華軟件(承德)智慧信息技術有限公司”
格隆匯 11 月 30日丨東華軟件(002065.SZ)公佈，公司擬與全資子公司北京東華合創科技有限公司共同出資人民幣3億元，設立“東華軟件(承德)智慧信息技術有限公司”，其中公司以自籌資金出資2.85億元，佔註冊資本的95%；北京東華合創科技有限公司以自籌資金出資人民幣1500萬元，佔註冊資本的5%。
東華軟件(承德)智慧信息技術有限公司經營範圍：技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術推廣、技術轉讓；計算機系統服務；數據處理；基礎軟件服務、應用軟件服務、應用軟件服務、公共軟件服務；銷售計算機軟、硬件及外圍設備、通訊設備；承接工業控制與自動化系統工程、計算機通訊工程、智能樓宇及數據中心計算機系統工程。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動)
