东华软件(002065.SZ)拟与子公司共设“东华软件(承德)智慧信息技术有限公司”
格隆汇 11 月 30日丨东华软件(002065.SZ)公布，公司拟与全资子公司北京东华合创科技有限公司共同出资人民币3亿元，设立“东华软件(承德)智慧信息技术有限公司”，其中公司以自筹资金出资2.85亿元，占注册资本的95%；北京东华合创科技有限公司以自筹资金出资人民币1500万元，占注册资本的5%。
东华软件(承德)智慧信息技术有限公司经营范围：技术开发、技术咨询、技术服务、技术推广、技术转让；计算机系统服务；数据处理；基础软件服务、应用软件服务、应用软件服务、公共软件服务；销售计算机软、硬件及外围设备、通讯设备；承接工业控制与自动化系统工程、计算机通讯工程、智能楼宇及数据中心计算机系统工程。(企业依法自主选择经营项目，开展经营活动；依法须经批准的项目，经相关部门批准后依批准的内容开展经营活动；不得从事本市产业政策禁止和限制类项目的经营活动)
