格隆匯 11 月 27日丨安保工程控股(01627.HK)公告,截至2020年9月30日止6個月,公司收入14.11億港元,同比增加119.05%;公司擁有人應占溢利139.6萬港元,同比減少98.25%;每股盈利0.07港仙。
收入增加主要因為於同期去年處於初步發展階段的兩項大型樓宇建造項目於期間的收入增加。
毛利率自截至2019年9月30日止6個月23%下降至期間1%。下降主要源於若干工程項目處於初步發展階段,該等工程項目由其客户認證的實際收入較其實際已發生的成為低。
於採納香港財務報告準則第15號下,集團合約的毛利率將視乎已進行建築工程所產生的經核定實際收入及成而於不同報告期間有所波動。
