山東墨龍(002490.SZ)：選舉董事楊雲龍為第六屆董事會董事長
格隆匯 11 月 25日丨山東墨龍(002490.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年11月25日召開第六屆董事會第七次臨時會議，以9票同意，0票反對，0票棄權的結果審議通過了《關於選舉董事長及副董事長的議案》、《關於調整董事會專門委員會成員的議案》。
選舉董事楊雲龍為公司第六屆董事會董事長，選舉董事袁瑞為公司第六屆董事會副董事長，任期自董事會審議通過之日起至第六屆董事會任期屆滿之日止。
選舉楊雲龍為第六屆董事會戰略委員會委員和主席、提名委員會委員、薪酬與考核委員會委員。
楊雲龍，男，中國國籍，1976年6月出生，本科學歷，中共黨員。1996年7月至2000年10月，曾先後任職於壽光市上口鎮政府、壽光市經濟技術開發區；2000年11月至2006年6月，任壽光市政府採購中心副主任；2006年7月至2008年12月，任壽光市政府投資項目管理辦公室主任；2009年1月至2013年3月，任壽光市國有資產管理局(“壽光國資局”)副局長、壽光市金財公有資產經營有限公司(“壽光金財”)董事長、壽光市農村商業銀行董事；2013年4月至2016年12月，任壽光市國有資產監督管理辦公室黨支部書記、壽光金財董事長、掛職於國家開發銀行評審一局；2016年12月至2017年6月，任壽光濱海(羊口)經濟開發區管委會侯鎮海洋化工園區管理辦公室主任；2017年7月至今，任壽光市金融投資集團有限公司(“壽光金投”)董事長、黨支部書記；壽光市金投資產管理有限公司執行董事兼總經理；壽光市金投文化產業發展有限公司執行董事兼總經理；壽光市金投非融資性擔保有限公司執行董事兼總經理；2019年2月至今，兼任山東壽光金鑫投資發展控股集團有限公司(“壽光金鑫”)董事長兼總經理；2019年4月至今，兼任濰坊金萱股權投資基金管理有限公司董事長兼總經理；2020年6月至今，兼任昆朋青海資產管理股份有限公司執行董事；2020年10月至今，兼任壽光墨龍控股有限公司董事長兼總經理；現任山東墨龍董事長。
