海瀾之家(600398.SH)：為滿足業務發展需要 擬對經營範圍及相關條款等進行修訂
格隆匯 11 月 25日丨海瀾之家(600398.SH)公佈，為滿足公司業務發展需要，公司於2020年11月25日召開第八屆董事會第四次會議，審議通過了《關於修訂<公司章程>及相關議事規則的議案》，擬對《公司章程》的經營範圍及相關條款、《股東大會議事規則》、《董事會議事規則》進行修訂。
其中經營範圍方面，修訂前，第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：毛紡新技術、新產品、新材料、通訊產品的研發、銷售，環保高新技術產品的開發及投資，精紡呢絨、毛紗、服裝(包含執法服、制服)、針織品、襯衫、領帶、襪子、紡織原料、服飾、皮革、毛皮、羽毛及其製品、鞋子、服裝輔料、防靜電工作服、阻燃工作服、防酸工作服的製造、加工、銷售，安全帽、塑料橡膠帽的銷售，自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務；自有房屋的租賃服務；物業管理(憑有效資質證書經營)；服裝設計。(經營範圍以工商部門核定的為準)
修訂後，第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：毛紡新技術、新產品、新材料、通訊產品的研發、銷售，環保高新技術產品的開發及投資，精紡呢絨、毛紗、服裝(包含執法服、制服)、針織品、襯衫、領帶、襪子、紡織原料、服飾、皮革、毛皮、羽毛及其製品、鞋子、服裝輔料、防靜電工作服、阻燃工作服、防酸工作服的製造、加工、銷售，安全帽、塑料橡膠帽的銷售，自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務；自有房屋的租賃服務；物業管理(憑有效資質證書經營)；服裝設計。
一般項目：互聯網銷售(除銷售需要許可的商品)；品牌管理；企業管理諮詢；專業設計服務；信息系統運行維護服務；信息系統集成服務；軟件開發；信息技術諮詢服務；互聯網數據服務；數據處理和存儲支持服務；軟件銷售；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；會議及展覽服務；以自有資金從事投資活動；股權投資。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)(經營範圍以工商部門核定的為準)
