迴天新材(300041.SZ)擬在武漢投建迴天華中新材料研發中心 項目投資總額不超5億元
格隆匯 11 月 23日丨迴天新材(300041.SZ)公佈，根據戰略規劃和經營發展需要，公司擬與武漢東湖新技術開發區管理委員會簽訂《關於設立迴天華中新材料研發中心的合作框架協議》(“《合作框架協議》”)，協議約定公司擬在武漢東湖新技術開發區(“東湖高新區”)投資建設迴天華中新材料研發中心，將藉助武漢的地域、人才、環境等各方面資源優勢，打造我國及國際高端膠粘劑和新材料技術研發和試驗發展平台，為我國高端製造和精密技術領域提供強有力的技術支持和人才培養、產業孵化基地，實現連接長三角、珠三角和長江流域經濟帶研、產、銷高端膠粘劑和新材料的產業鏈，服務高鐵、航空、電子、光通訊、智能駕駛等新興產業領域。項目投資總額不超過人民幣5億元。
項目名稱：迴天華中新材料研發中心；項目內容：項目擬購置土地約70畝(淨用地，以實測為準)，建設迴天華中新材料研發中心，與公司在長三角、珠三角的佈局形成戰略協同，建成我國及國際高端膠粘劑及新材料研發的平台，面向光電子信息和智能終端領域，研究包括高端硅膠、聚氨酯膠、環氧膠、丙烯酸酯膠等系列膠粘劑及新材料，打造成為從基礎研究、配方設計、機理剖析、應用模擬、中試孵化、老化評價等為一體的綜合研發中心及試驗發展基地。
公司擬以現金出資設立全資子公司武漢迴天新材料有限公司(“武漢迴天”)，由武漢迴天負責本項目地塊競買及項目實施工作，已於近日取得武漢市市場監督管理局頒發的統一社會信用代碼為91420100MA49LRXA2K的營業執照。
5G通信、消費電子、智能終端設備、新能源、高鐵、城市軌道交通、汽車輕量化、航空航天、工業裝配自動化等戰略性新興應用市場的快速發展，將推動相關行業配套膠粘劑產品井噴式發展，高性能、高標準、高附加值的新興市場，對膠粘劑產品的科技創新、產品結構優化升級提出更高的要求。特別在5G通信、航空航天、光通訊、精密電子等高端製造領域，膠粘劑成為國產替代進口的“卡脖子”精細產品之一，制約着我國高端技術領域的發展。作為國內工程膠粘劑行業龍頭企業，公司的技術研發實力處於國內行業領先水平，但高端製造領域膠粘劑、新材料仍被跨國巨頭佔據重要份額，持續提高自主研發實力和質量技術水平已成為公司與跨國巨頭長期競爭的必要選擇。
本次簽訂項目投資協議，擬投資建設迴天華中新材料研發中心，將藉助武漢的地域、人才、環境等各方面資源優勢，打造我國及國際高端膠粘劑和新材料研發和試驗發展平台，為我國高端製造和精密技術領域提供強有力的技術支持和人才培養、產業孵化基地，實現連接長三角、珠三角和長江流域經濟帶研、產、銷高端膠粘劑和新材料的產業鏈，優化公司產業佈局，服務高鐵、航空、電子、光通訊、智能駕駛等新興產業領域。本項目的順利實施，有利於進一步增強公司在高端膠粘劑應用領域的技術研發實力，提高公司核心競爭力，符合公司中長期發展戰略規劃。本投資項目尚處於前期籌備階段，短期內不會對公司的財務狀況和經營成果造成重大影響。
