格隆匯 11 月 23日丨先惠技術(688155.SH)披露關於2020年前三季度利潤分配方案,此次利潤分配方案如下:公司擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利4元(含税),不進行公積金轉增股本,不送紅股。截至2020年9月30日,公司總股本為7563.0036萬股,以此計算合計擬派發現金紅利約3025.2萬元(含税),如在實施權益分派的股權登記日前公司總股本發生變動的,擬維持分配總額不變,相應調整每股分配金額,並將另行公告具體調整情況。
