華數傳媒(000156.SZ)：控股股東與阿里巴巴簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 11 月 20日丨華數傳媒(000156.SZ)公佈，近日，公司控股股東華數數字電視傳媒集團有限公司(“華數集團”)與阿里巴巴(中國)有限公司(“阿里巴巴”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》。
在當前經濟社會全面走向數字化、智慧化的背景下，華數集團與阿里巴巴在原有良好合作的基礎上，基於各自資源優勢，共同探討、推進、深化在“新基建”、“新技術”、“新場景”、“新媒體”各領域的戰略合作。
圍繞“新基建”，雙方全面合作、相互賦能，主要在雲計算、基礎網絡、多接入邊緣計算、工業互聯網、智能終端等方面開展合作。
雙方合作開發如數字版權管理、廣電物聯網設備鑑權、物聯網共識網絡、物聯網設備行為記錄、智能合約等應用方案，使區塊鏈在媒體融合、廣電5G發展、廣播電視提質增效等方面發揮更大作用。同時雙方積極探索數字孿生、人工智能等技術在新場景下的應用。
雙方致力於全面提升廣電家庭用户的服務水平，聯合打造有競爭力的智慧家庭創新產品。雙方充分整合在用户、內容、產品、生態方面的優勢，賦能智慧家庭，合作建設智慧家庭典型生態體系，對接家庭運營所需的視頻娛樂、本地生活、教育健康、遊戲電商、智能家居、社區服務和家庭安防等業務，提供“產品+服務”的一體化解決方案，探索建設智慧家庭標準體系。
雙方共同探討數字政府相關業務，如基層數字治理、智安小區等基層治理應用平台和運營服務。同時積極探索基於數字社區、浙江省未來社區、智慧城市等新場景的深入業務合作。
充分利用華數集團“網絡+牌照+內容+用户”和阿里巴巴“影音娛樂+生活服務+智慧大屏”的資源優勢，雙方優勢互補，在牌照播控服務、高新視頻內容、文娛服務內容、本地生活服務內容等“新媒體”領域就“泛內容”開展合作。
此次華數集團與阿里巴巴在“新基建”、“新技術”、“新場景”、“新媒體”領域達成戰略合作，並共同打造智慧家庭新場景服務，通過華數融媒體電視業務與阿里生態業務的結合，致力於實現家庭場景下的產品、用户體驗與服務提升。
