莎莎(00178.HK)料下半财年业务将好於上半年
莎莎国际(00178.HK)主席郭少明於电话会议上表示,料下半财年业务表现将好於上半财年,主要由於受到已通关的澳门业务带动,已较低位升逾一倍;另外本港店铺於圣诞及新年期间清存货亦将带动销售录得正增长。另外内地业务在疫情过去後进展较预期快很多,次季已录得正增长,双十一期间销售亦按年增长67%,料本财年内将再开6至10间分店。
郭少明并透露,上半年本港续租店铺平均减租30%至40%,游客区租金更减少50%。他指防疫产品销情良好,已占整体收入15%。他指除非本港通关及新型肺炎疫苗面世,否则难言是否最坏情况已过。
