山西汾酒(600809.SH)：聘任3名副總經理、2名總經理助理
格隆匯 11 月 18日丨山西汾酒(600809.SH)公佈，公司第八屆董事會第七次會議決議，審議通過《關於聘任副總經理、總經理助理的議案》。
經譚忠豹總經理提名，聘任楊波、劉衞華、李成剛同志為公司副總經理，李成剛同志不再擔任總經理助理職務，聘任李沛潔，張永踴同志為總經理助理，任期與第八屆董事會一致。
同時董事會收到副總經理常建偉同志遞交的書面辭職報告。根據組織安排，常建偉同志已擔任控股股東汾酒集團公司副總經理職務，為保證上市公司獨立規範運作，故申請辭去公司副總經理的職務。
楊波：女，漢族，1974年8月出生，中共黨員，在職研究生學歷，高級經濟師、會計師。1996年7月參加工作。歷任汾酒集團企業管理處監督檢查科科長、規劃發展部部長、市場部部長、副總經濟師、總經濟師，發展區公司黨委委員、董事、副總經理、供銷中心主任，汾酒集團黨委委員、董事、副總經理，汾酒股份公司黨委委員、董事、技術中心主任，汾酒國貿公司黨委書記、執行董事，竹葉青酒營銷公司黨委書記、執行董事、總經理。現任汾酒集團黨委委員、董事，汾酒股份公司黨委委員、董事、副總經理，汾酒國貿公司黨委書記、執行董事，山西杏花村竹葉青產業有限責任公司黨委書記、執行董事、總經理。
劉衞華：男，漢族，山西文水人，1971年8月出生，中共黨員，大學學歷，經濟師、政工師。1993年7月參加工作，歷任汾酒集團人事勞資部副科長、人事部副部長、人事部部長，汾酒集團董事長助理、運營管理部部長，汾酒股份公司董祕、辦公室(董祕辦)主任、綜合管理部部長、保健酒園區指揮部副總指揮，汾酒銷售公司黨委書記、總經理，汾酒集團黨委委員、副總經理、改革辦主任、汾酒股份公司董事，汾酒集團專職黨委副書記、副董事長、副總經理兼改革辦主任、汾酒股份公司專職黨委副書記、副董事長兼改革辦主任，現任汾酒股份公司黨委專職副書記、副董事長、副總經理。
李成剛：男，漢族，山西交城人，1966年4月出生，中共黨員，在職大專學歷。1985年12月參加工作，歷任汾酒股份公司動力分廠動二車間副主任、主任、動力分廠副廠長、廠長，汾酒股份公司黨委專職副書記、黨委工作部部長，汾酒股份公司總經理助理，現任汾酒股份公司副總經理。
李沛潔：男，漢族，山西文水人，1971年6月出生，中共黨員，在職研究生學歷。1993年7月參加工作，歷任汾酒集團財務部財務管理科科長、監察審計部部長、規劃發展部部長、太原商務中心指揮部副總指揮，汾酒集團副總會計師，汾酒廠系列酒公司黨支部書記、執行董事，寶泉湧公司黨支部書記、董事長，現任汾酒股份公司總經理助理、汾酒廠系列酒公司黨支部書記、執行董事，寶泉湧公司黨支部書記、董事長。
張永踴：男，漢族，山西臨縣人，1973年10月出生，中共黨員，在職大學學歷。1993年7月參加工作，歷任汾酒銷售公司廣州營銷處副經理、山西區經理、山西大區經理，汾酒銷售公司黨委委員、副總經理、山西事業部總經理，汾酒銷售公司黨委委員、常務副總經理、汾酒集團市場部黨支部書記，現任汾酒股份公司總經理助理，汾酒銷售公司黨委委員、常務副總經理。
