11月18日,祥生控股集團(02599.HK)正式於香港聯交所掛牌交易。祥生控股集團此番上市定價預計融資額為31.71億港元。倘超額配股權獲悉數行使,將就發行9000萬股額外股份收取所得款項淨額約4.85億港元。祥生的上市意味着今年最大IPO內房股的誕生,也意味着30強地產公司已經全部上市。
祥生是一家全國佈局、區域聚焦、城市領先的大型地產開發商,專注於開發優質住宅物業。總部位於上海且深耕浙江省,截至2020年7月底,已進駐上海、浙江、江蘇、山東、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南、內蒙古、福建等11個省份45座城市。
作為國內快速成長的大型綜合房地產開發商,祥生在發展過程中展現出了穩定的業績增速及良好的成長質量。2017年-2019年,祥生控股集團分別實現營收62.93億元、142.15億以及355.2億元,三年複合年增長率為137.6%。截至2020年4月30日,營業收入為85.52億元,同比增長123%。2019年,公司實現ROE50.1%,同比增長33.5個百分點;2020年4月,公司ROE實現40.3%,水平遠高於行業及同規模房企。
