据报苹果供应商「中南创发」研售覆盖玻璃业务 料最多涉10亿美元
据《彭博通讯社》引述消息称,苹果(AAPL.US)港资供应商中南创发(CN Innovations Group)研出售覆盖玻璃业务,料涉资最多10亿美元。最快本周展开无约束力竞购。标的业务涵盖可携带电子配件及消费者电子产品的玻璃生产,料可引起同业等并购兴趣。
消息称,该覆盖玻璃业务去年年化税息折旧及摊销前盈利(EBITDA)达1.2亿美元,私募AIF Capital持有中南创发少数权益,亦希望透过是次交易退场。消息另称,讨论仍处於初步阶段,最终或不进行交易。
