穆迪:反垄断指南对互联网企业信用具负面影响
国际评级机构穆迪表示,中国国家市场监管总局近日发布反垄断指南,首次定义监管机构认为的互联网行业反竞争行为,指南可能限制互联网企业的收入和盈利增长,对相关企业的信用状况有负面影响。
穆迪指,若反垄断指南落实,将限制企业提高市场份额的能力,收入和盈利可能会放缓增长或下滑,并将加剧竞争。
但穆迪认为,受评互联网企业有应对上述挑战的缓冲能力,企业多有与监管机构合作、解决分歧和作出改变而不损害其稳健业务状况的记录,加上其财务状况强劲、融资渠道顺畅,有助应对近期业务波动。
