国泰(00293.HK)旗下香港快运机师面临减薪最多40% 非机舱员工须放无薪假
新冠疫情重创全球航空业,国泰航空(00293.HK)继早前结束旗下「国泰港龙」品牌及大幅裁员逾5,000人後,据《南华早报》报道,国泰旗下廉航品牌「香港快运」将要求员工签新合约,机师将面临减薪最多四成,而非机舱员工在明年上半年需要放二十日无薪假。
香港快运现雇用约200名机师,总雇员人数逾1,000人。报道引述香港快运营运总监邬润宙向机师的内部通讯指,在未复飞时,机师减薪幅度将介乎25%至40%,当机师平均可每月复飞70小时後,减薪幅度料收窄至介乎8%至14%。
香港快运行政总裁吴洁文在内部通讯指,公司前景充满挑战,可惜现时的举措不足以确保未来经营。吴氏称2021年她将会减薪15%,高级管理层明年上半年亦会减薪15%。
