亞洲資源(00899.HK):預計中期溢利不超4200萬港元
格隆匯 11 月 13日丨亞洲資源(00899.HK)發佈公告,集團預期截至2020年9月30日止六個月錄得不多於4200萬港元的溢利,而於2019年同期則錄得約6960萬港元的虧損。
公告稱,上述由2019年期間錄得虧損轉為於報告期間錄得溢利主要歸因於(i)銷售位於大連的物業由錄得毛損轉為錄得毛利;(ii)集團就終止收購位於瀋陽的物業所應收的利息收入;及(iii)人民幣升值產生的匯兑收益。
然而,集團亦預計於報告期間的收入將較2019年同期大幅下跌超過85%。該跌幅主要由於(i)截至2020年3月31日止年度,已向買家交付位於大連的已開發物業超過其總可售面積的72%,其相應收入亦已於上述年度內確認,故餘下可售面積大幅減少;及(ii)因COVID-19疫情爆發,餘下可售物業的銷售及交付於報告期間有所放緩。
