南方航空(600029.SH)擬增加南沙租賃公司為11架飛機購置項目實施主體
格隆匯11月13日丨南方航空(600029.SH)公佈,為充分利用廣州南沙自貿區財税優惠政策,降低飛機引進成本,提高資金使用效率,促進公司航空運輸主業發展,公司擬增加南沙租賃公司作為“飛機購置、航材購置及維修項目”中11架飛機購置項目的實施主體,即由公司與南沙租賃公司共同作為該募投項目的實施主體。
本次增加部分募投項目實施主體事項,是公司基於客觀實際情況作出的審慎決定,有利於公司降低飛機引進成本,提高募集資金使用效率,有助於公司航空運輸主業發展。
