千禾味業(603027.SH)擬調整年產36萬噸調味品生產線項目為年產60萬噸調味品智能製造項目
格隆匯 11 月 13日丨千禾味業(603027.SH)公佈，公司於2019年10月25日召開的第三屆董事會第十四次會議審議通過了《關於投資擴建年產36萬噸調味品生產線項目的議案》，計劃投建年產36萬噸調味品生產線項目。為進一步優化公司產能佈局，提升規模效益，快速響應持續增長的市場需求，公司擬調整36萬噸調味品生產線項目為建設年產60萬噸調味品智能製造項目，該事項已經公司第三屆董事會第二十二次會議和第三屆監事會第二十一次會議審議通過，尚需提交公司股東大會審議。
項目名稱：年產60萬噸調味品智能製造項目；建設內容：年產50萬噸釀造醬油、10萬噸料酒產能；建設週期：2020年1月-2024年12月，建設期共計5年，分兩期建設，其中第一期將完成年產20萬噸醬油、10萬噸料酒生產線建設，第二期將完成年產30萬噸醬油生產線建設。項目用地：約360畝；投資金額及資金來源：約為12.6億元，以公司自籌資金投入。
隨着生活水平的提高及消費觀念的改變，調味品已成為居民日常生活必需品以及食品工業、餐飲業的必備原料。受益於產品品質升級、營銷網絡日趨完善以及品牌力提升，公司業務快速增長，近年來調味品營業收入保持較高的增速，醬油作為公司的主要產品，對公司主營業務收入的貢獻率超過60%，產銷率持續處於較高水平。公司醬油產品定位高品質，採用高鹽稀態工藝、古法新釀，發酵時間不低於180天(部分高端產品超過400天)，生成的醬油香味濃郁、氨基酸含量豐富、口感極佳，但較長的項目建設時間和產品發酵週期影響了產能釋放。市場對於高品質、健康美味產品的強烈需求和企業生產供給能力不足的矛盾將制約企業進一步發展壯大。因此，公司必須提前規劃佈局，實施產能擴建，為公司持續高速增長提供強有力的支撐，確保戰略目標實現。
該項目將擴建生產廠房，配備智能化生產設備，提升公司調味品生產水平，強化品質管控能力。項目建成後，公司產品供給能力將大幅提升，有利於公司進一步提升市場競爭力。
