同道獵聘2020年Q3財報：B端業務漲勢強勁，創新業務加速拓展
11月12日，同道獵聘(06100.HK)發佈2020年第三季度財報，集團財務數據及運營成績均取得穩健增長。財報顯示，截至2020年9月30日止的9個月，同道獵聘營收12.62億元人民幣，同比增長14.5%；毛利潤10.02億元人民幣，同比增長14.6%；淨利潤1.12億元人民幣，同比增長24.0%；經調整經營利潤2.08億元人民幣，同比增長42.4%。
B端業務漲勢強勁，平台優勢進一步鞏固
在第三季度，因為招聘需求的逐漸恢復，同道獵聘核心的人才招聘業務保持強勁發展。這部分業務主要包括為企業提供一站式的人才獲取服務，包括基本人才獲取服務，人才測評、背景調查等增值服務，以及面試快、入職快等獵頭輔助閉環人才獲取服務，企業可以根據自身不同的需求購買定製化套餐。此外，公司還向企業用户提供培訓與評估、靈活用工、及問卷服務等一系列增值服務。由於主營人才業務和其他新業務都實現了強勁發展，來自企業用户的收益為11.86億元人民幣，同比增長14.26%，收入增幅持續增大。
來自個人用户的收益為7380萬元，2019年同期為6230萬元。這部分收益主要來自為個人用户提供簡歷修改、面試輔導、生涯諮詢等職業生涯諮詢、面試相關的個性化職業輔導服務以及職業資格與技能培訓服務。在職業輔導備受關注的今天，同道獵聘已構建起更加系統化、專業化的服務體系，有效延伸服務價值鏈、提升個人用户體驗，幫助用户成就理想的職業生涯。
2020年第三季度，獵聘平台的用户數量和經營規模進一步提升，驗證企業用户數由2019年同期的51.8萬家增至68.2萬家；驗證獵頭用户數由2019年同期的15.7萬名增至16.7萬名；個人用户數由2019年同期的5280萬名增至6140萬名。
加速構建人才服務鏈，釋放長期商業價值
自2019年起，同道獵聘通過在線模式延伸了校園招聘、測評調研、企業內訓、靈活用工、職業輔導等人才服務。2020年第三季度，同道獵聘戰略投資北京賽優職教育科技有限公司(賽優教育)，加速構建人才服務生態鏈。
據公開資料，賽優教育是專注教師類、心理類、研究生考試(MBA/MEM/MPA)、旅遊類、財會類課程的職業資格與技能的在線培訓平台。經過多年發展，賽優教育已成為年培訓學員30萬，全國連鎖20個城市的職業教育集團。
同道獵聘方面表示，該戰略投資可在未來數年為集團帶來增長協同效應。通過訂立該戰略性投資協議，同道獵聘可拓展業務範圍併為個人用户提供職業資格與技能的培訓。通過培訓至求職的閉環專業服務，平台可吸引更多個人用户，最終提高個人用户流量。此外，集團還表示期待未來為現有企業客户的員工提供職業資格與技能的培訓的交叉銷售機會。
