太古城6期車位改推價單定價190萬至270萬元 較招標意向價平最多37%
太古地產(01972.HK)早前公布以招標方式出售太古城第六期車位,指引價每個300萬元,惟引起該期業主爭議。太地昨(11日)宣布更改安排,將六期全部227個車位以價單形式推售,定價介乎190萬至270萬元,較招標意向價300萬元,低10%至37%不等,並且容許一個業主最多可以認購三個車位。
公司發言人就最新出售車位安排表示,太古城第六期車位招標早前在11月2日結束,獲得超額認購,無論標書數量還是價格均非常理想,招標期間亦收到寶貴意見,包括業主希望購買不同層數的車位,以及容許業主購置多於一個車位等。
因此,太地決定以價單形式推售第六期全部227個私家車車位,並優先供第六期業主、尤其是於10月13日至11月2日期間遞交招標文件的業主選購。車位單價介乎190萬至270萬元,同時亦推出雙連車位(套裝車位)介乎340萬至440萬元。
是次開售車位分為三個組別出售,上月13日至11月2日期間遞交招標文件的業主,優先於11月17日選購。其餘兩組則在11月11至26日登記認購意向,28及29日進行銷售,最多可以選購三個車位。
