李小加:對螞蟻未能上市感失望 但未對本港IPO市場有明顯影響
港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁李小加在電話會議上回應有關螞蟻集團上市被叫停時指,最新讀到很多新的監管發展,對此予以高度關注,認為現今中國金融市場與互聯網科技市場的交融已非常深入,會為市場帶來新的機會,但同時亦會帶來新的問題。他相信監管政策會愈來愈清晰,過程中亦會令投資者在二級市場交易更活躍。
他指出,當然會對螞蟻集團未能上市感失望,但看到今天正在發展及變化的監管政策,從長遠而言,在現時停下來或是正確決定,能讓公司、投資者及市場更好地了解及消化監管上的變化,並對當中的風險有更清晰的認識。待日後螞蟻集團再次回來香港上市時,港交所就隨時準備歡迎它。
他不認為螞蟻集團未能上市對本港IPO市場有明顯影響,提到最近兩星期有7家公司上市, 認為市場仍在繼續往前走及表現強勁,呼籲大眾不要過份解讀。
