阿里巴巴、FARFETCH、歷峯集團達成全球戰略合作  奢侈品新零售時代加速到來
格隆匯11月6日丨阿里巴巴集團(NYSE:BABA ,HKSE: 9988)宣佈與歷峯集團(SWX:CFR)共同投資奢侈品電商平台FARFETCH(NYSE:FTCH),FARFETCH的現有股東開雲集團也將增資。同時,在FARFETCH的大中華區業務進行重組之後,阿里巴巴和歷峯集團還將投資該業務。FARFETCH將入駐天貓國際開店,並集成在天貓奢品頻道(Luxury Pavilion)運營;阿里巴巴、FARFETCH還聯合推出“奢侈品新零售”倡導計劃,目標是加速全球奢侈品行業的數字化,歷峯集團和開雲集團已經加入該計劃。
具體來説,阿里巴巴集團和歷峯集團將各自出資3億美元,共同購買FARFETCH Limited發行的價值6億美元的私募可轉換債券。開雲集團已同意增持5000萬美元的FARFETCH公司A類股份。阿里巴巴集團和歷峯集團擬以相等金額共同向FARFETCH中國注資5億美元,並將與FARFETCH成立合資企業,運營FARFETCH中國地區的線上銷售業務。阿里巴巴集團和歷峯集團雙方將共同持有合資公司25%的股權。在合資公司建立三年後,阿里巴巴集團和歷峯集團將可選擇繼續增持最多24%的該合資公司股份。在完成交易條件的前提下,本次投資及合資企業預計將在2021年上半年完成並建立。
FARFETCH是2007年成立的一家全球時尚購物平台,出售來自全球1300多家精品店和品牌的產品。除了奢侈品電商業務,FARFETCH還為品牌及零售商提供電商解決方案、為線下店鋪數字化及新零售技術提供解決方案,並擁有自己的潮流品牌矩陣。
世界增長看中國,中國增長看天貓。基於阿里巴巴中國零售市場的7.57億年度活躍消費者,天貓逐漸形成了對時尚、奢侈品的獨特理解,並重構着數字經濟時代與消費者的互動方式。與海外市場不同,中國有數億年輕的數字化原住民,中國市場的時尚與奢侈品的消費者更加年輕,更新喜歡數字化方式,也習慣了包括數碼產品、家裝家居、奢侈品等在內的大額在線消費。知名時尚媒體Business of Fashion評論道,移動設備為主、開奢侈品旗艦店,天貓提供的成功樣板讓奢侈品行業進入了一個全新的時代。
大量知名的時尚與奢侈品品牌也積極參與今年的天貓雙11。近200家奢侈品牌參加了今年的天貓雙11。天貓雙11前,歷峯集團旗下江詩丹頓、萬寶龍、伯爵、萬國等硬奢品牌相繼在天貓開出官方旗艦店。10月21日天貓雙11預售開始後,1000多款奢侈品新品天貓首發,包括限量、跨界、獨家等雙11特別單品。同時,奢侈品牌也拿出了極有誠意的折扣。淘寶直播的知名主播李佳琦、薇婭均在10月底上線了天貓奢品雙11專場。在10月28日的薇婭直播間,伯爵手鍊、亞歷山大麥昆運動鞋、加拿大鵝派克大衣、亞歷山大王水鑽手包均被一秒售罄。
