安泰科技(000969.SZ)與河鋼工業技術、現代汽車簽訂氫燃料重卡應用推廣項目合作協議
格隆匯 11 月 5日丨安泰科技(000969.SZ)公佈，2020年11月4日,安泰科技、河鋼工業技術與現代汽車三方共同簽訂《氫燃料重卡應用推廣項目合作協議》。三方本着優勢互補、平等互惠、共贏發展和共擔風險的原則，約定在氫燃料重卡應用推廣領域推進商業合作與技術創新，不斷降低氫燃料重卡運營成本，共同開拓具備市場競爭力的商業模式和具備盈利能力的高端產品，逐步構建高效、低碳的氫燃料重卡生態圈，助力“京津冀”一體化、高質量發展。
河鋼工業技術是河鋼集團有限公司控股子公司，承載河鋼集團有限公司“構建氫燃料重卡產業集羣”的戰略目標，發揮河鋼集團有限公司現有的產業鏈條和豐富的副產氫資源優勢，將“京津冀”地區作為氫能業務拓展的重點區域。
現代汽車作為世界100強企業、世界5強汽車企業，是全球氫能和燃料電池產業的領頭羊，擁有先進的氫燃料電池及氫燃料電池汽車研發生產能力，其氫燃料電池汽車技術在世界範圍內處於領先地位。
安泰科技是中國鋼研科技集團有限公司控股子公司，在氫能領域的主要發展目標為聚焦關鍵材料和電堆，通過自主創新，掌握核心技術，成為具備國際競爭力的燃料電池和氫能生態系統解決方案的提供商。目前公司已經參與寧波、河北、山東多地政府的氫能規劃，聯合承擔國家氫燃料電池研發課題，充分發揮控股子公司寧波化工院甲級資質優勢，先後完成了河北河鋼化工有限公司加氫示範項目邯鄲站及唐山站的EPC工程設計、建設，竣工並投入試運行。
三方未來將以合適的形式成立合資公司，利用各自在資源、技術和市場方面的優勢，最大程度降低氫燃料重卡的運營成本，共同建立具備商業化運行條件的氫燃料重卡產業鏈。由河鋼工業技術提供氫燃料重卡的應用場景和運行所需的氫氣資源；現代汽車提供符合應用場景需求的氫燃料重卡車輛；安泰科技提供氫氣的儲運、加註技術和加氫站的配套建設。並在此基礎上，逐步擴大三方在氫能的製取-儲運-加註-應用方面的全方位技術合作，實現傳統產業向氫能產業的轉型升級，同時不斷提升氫燃料重卡的市場佔有率。
結合三方在資源、技術和區位方面的優勢，初步確定將“京津冀”地區作為氫能業務拓展的重點區域，對接河鋼集團有限公司“構建氫燃料重卡產業集羣”的戰略目標，在推動氫燃料重卡示範運行、構建氫燃料重卡產業集羣、拓展京津冀氫能應用市場及共同探索降低成本途徑等四個方面逐步開展合作。
該協議順利實施，將有利於促進公司在氫能領域擴大對外技術合作，提高公司在氫能產業領域話語權和影響力，加快公司在氫能及燃料電池領域業務的佈局。
