港股異動 | 蒙牛乳業(2319.HK)漲近6%創新高 與可口可樂成立公司 搶攻低温奶市場
格隆匯11月5日丨蒙牛乳業(2319.HK)高開上漲,現升5.73%,高見40.85港元創下新高,暫成交3.1億港元,總市值1602.3億港元。近日,蒙牛與可口可樂合資成立了乳製品新公司——可牛了,註冊資本6885.94萬美元,主要經營生產、銷售和營銷低温奶產品。蒙牛與可口可樂“聯手”的背後,是中國穩定增長利潤空間巨大的低温奶市場。據華西證券數據,2019年巴氏奶市場規模343億元,同比增長7.2%;低温酸奶市場規模迅速擴大,2020年預計市場規模將達到637億元,同比增長18%。蒙牛可以藉助可口可樂對年輕人的品牌優勢和雄厚的資金,搶佔國內低温市場的份額,擴大在年輕消費羣體的影響力。
