酷派集團(02369.HK)擬向Allove Group配售5億股 淨籌8950萬港元
格隆匯 11 月 4日丨酷派集團(02369.HK)宣佈,於2020年11月4日,公司擬向Allove Group Limited配發5億股新股,佔經擴大後公司股份約7.65%。每股發行價為0.180港元,較11月4日收市價每股0.183港元折價約1.64%。
所得款項總額將為9000萬港元,所得款項淨額估計將約為8950萬港元。公司擬將認購事項所得款項淨額用於業務擴展、資本支出及研究、開發、生產及銷售智能手機的一般營運資金。
