《新股消息》融信服务递交上市申请
融信中国(03301.HK)大股东旗下的物业管理服务商融信服务,向联交所递交上市申请,由海通国际担任独家保荐人。
初步招股资料显示,截至2020年6月30日,融信服务有100个在管项目,以及81个已签约未交付项目,在管总建筑面积约1,700万平方米,总签约建筑面积约3,430万平方米。今年上半年公司拥有人应占全面收入总额按年升近69%至3,836.3万元人民币。
期内来自融信中国的项目物管服务收入达1.11亿元人民币,占期内收入67.3%,占比较2019年同期的74%下降。
