《大行报告》大摩:澳门10月赌收复苏较预期强 料末季行业EBITDA收支平衡
摩根士丹利发表研究报告,调整澳门今年赌收预期,由跌80%升至跌78%,而2021-22年则维持不变,因10月份的表现胜预期。该行调升11月及12月赌收预测分别至跌65%及55%(原预期跌70%及60%),料第四季整体跌65%,因高端中场复苏所带动,相信第四季行业EBITDA可达收支平衡。
该行指,目前预期2022年EV/EBITDA值为9.5倍,较长远平均数的12.5倍为低,相信在未来数月访客数字改善带动下,将有助澳门赌股表现。该行关注明年盈利预期的调整,料快将走出谷底。
